BIOGRAFÍA
INSUMISION es hablar de Leonardo Bacteria, la aventura data desde 1994,en ese entonces el proyecto comienza inspirado por compilatorios como TECHNO TRAX,MAQUINA TOTAL o WELCOME TO THE TECHNODROME,el primer trabajo INSUMISION (1995) está fuertemente inspirado por estos ritmos. Hoy LB no puede reprimir su risa ante este bodrio de trabajo, Eurobeat, Technotrax, House y ritmos comerciales de lo más facilistas adornan este fiasco. Luego de esta porquería en 1997 consiguen (ya convertido en duo) contrato con la disquera chilena Harijan y aparece MAQUINACIONES, cassette compartido con la banda chilena Lluvia Acida. Este cassette es abismalmente distinto que el anterior, Gabber, Trance, Industrial, se mezclan en este trabajo. La prensa peruana elogío y dió gran cobertura a este, sin embargo el cassette no se hallaba en tiendas (el disco apareció en Chile en el mes de Agosto del 97 y en Perú recién en Marzo del 98) esto debido a Harijan que no enviaba una master. La distribución en Chile fue pésima y no contribuyó en nada a difundir a la banda por esos lares. En 1999 INSUMISION se presenta en Trujillo dando dos geniales conciertos, LB se enamora de la ciudad, de una chica y de las cachinas y decide quedarse a vivir por tierras norteñas, allí junto a Carlos Asalto y Jorge Petete graba su mejor album EL ADEFESIO. Grabado en solo 4 canales, completamente en directo EL ADEFESIO es una producción altamente ruidista, donde los samplers suenan a guitarras y las guitarras a samplers. Donde la voz está tapada por los demás instrumentos y donde las murallas de ruido te ensordecen sobre bases rítmicas programadas a altas velocidades de 200 bpm a 1500 bpms. Siempre cambiando y nunca quedando estática ni una sola canción, el gabber, hardcore-techno, jungle se entremezclan en este disco. Ya de vuelta en Lima INSUMISION aparece en Fuck Parade, disco de gabber producido en Alemania con bandas de todo el mundo. Luego aparecerían en Paraíso Holocausto Red Wire, compilado de electro-industrial de habla hispana, gracias a este disco aparecerían varias veces en el programa Taladro Plus en México. Luego aparecen en la pelicula "CIUDAD DE M" y firman contrato con Sony music Peru,mas sony desconoce el contrato y no los incluye en la banda sonora,pese a que el tema si aparece en la pelicula.En Setiembre del 2000 aparece LA FRUSTRACIÓN LO CUBRE TODO, por un lado si bien contiene cuatro temas nuevos este viene a ser el primer disco de remixes hecho en Perú. Noize Creator, El Despertar de Venus, Soul Psychadelicide y K.I.L.L. se unen para deshacer y darle nuevos matices a los temas. Este disco ha sido completamente ignorado por la prensa escrita nacional. LB no sabe ni siquiera como prender una PC. Es un ignorante absoluto de computación y en su casa no tiene ni un teclado casio, sin embargo, todos los temas de INSUMISION parten de la abstracción y son procesados en el estudio. Las Influencias de INSUMISION son:COIL,EINSTURZENDE NEUBAUTEN,THROBBING GRISTLE,AVIADOR DRO,DEVO,THE SHAMEN,ULTRAVIOLENCE,TECHNOHEAD,DJ DANO,THE PROPHET,SORE THROAT,EXTREME NOISE TERROR,FOETUS,ALTERN 8,DEEE LITE,KRAFTWERK,HELLNATION ,7 MINUTES OF NAUSEA,etc. Las letras estan basadas en lo que le pasa por la cabeza a LB, no son letras de protesta o sociales, como muchos puedan pensar, son solo el rollo personal de lb, ahora que las letras hablen de temas tan variados como la liberacion animal, el odio a la raza humana, la masturbacion, la legalizacion del aborto, la frustracion, el antimilitarismo, son solo rollos personales de lb. En enero del 2001 Insumision es incluido en el disco tributo a AVIADOR DRO, la banda favorita en habla hispana de lb. En Abril del 2001, aparecen en la revista chilena gótico-industrial "Faxxion", donde también son incluídos en el CD compilatorio que aparece en dicha publicación. En Mayo del 2001, ingresan Luis Carlos Burneo y Mauro Kemado a la banda, con esta alineación llegan a tocar en el festival Park-o-bahn en el parque de Miraflores (gracias José Javier Castro), este el primer concierto en el que llegan a tocar ante mas de 500 personas. La performance del grupo fue aplaudida así como se encargó de sorprender a desprevenidos ravers con su digital hardcore. En setiembre del 2001, soulpsychadelicide editra su CD en vivo "Purify all contamination", en el incluyen el remix de intolerancia hecho a insumision. En febrero del 2002 aparece Paraiso Holocausto Blue Wire en Genital Records (México) donde se incluye un tema de INSUMISION Luis Carlos Burneo deja la banda por diferencias ideológicas, reingresa chino nammah quien se mantiene en la actualidad. En Mayo del 2002 aparece "Tributo a la niñez" bajo Ya estás ya (Sello de LB). Es el primer disco tributo editado en el Perú y se trata de un homenaje a la música infantil. INSUMISION participa con una version digital hardcore de "La Banda de Hola Yola", cover de Yola Polastri, cantante infantil por la que LB siente profunda admiración. En Junio del 2002, el tributo a la niñez tuvo una gran difusion de prensa y una positiva respuesta local, ademas aparece en Alemania, por fin, la edicion vinilo de LA FRUSTRACION LO CUBRE TODO via Brutal chud Records y Klangkrieg records (tambien de Alemania) incluye el unico remix hecho por lb hasta el momento en AMERICAN BREAKBEAT REBUILT en el lb incluye trozos de slacks asesina de Narcosis. Dic 2002, Se suspende una gira por México ante la negativa de visa. Se espera que esto pueda concretarse en meses proximos. Ya estas ya edita "CONTRATAQUE Tributo al Rock subterraneo" en el se incluye un cover de KAOS que resulta ser un insulto directo al expresidente Alan Garcia En Febrero del 2003, lb produce un nuevo compilado con YA ESTAS YA: ¿REALMENTE AMAS A SANDRA BULLOCK?, en el se incluye un nuevo remix: "la frustracion lo cubre todo", ese mes tambien Innsumision es incluido en el cd tributo a massacre 68 de mexico, bajo el sello mexicano "GRABACIONES CONGALERAS" con su version de "policias corruptos". Son incluidos en 2 compilatorios del sello ingles "FIEND RECORDINGS" Octubre del 2003, aparece "PERU PUEBLO IMBECIL" nuevo disco de insumision, utilizando soundforge y acid 4.0 (Si, leonardo aprendio a usar la pc!!!!), el disco es una mezcla de gabber, breakcore y digital hardcore con free jazz, industrial, grindcore y noise, incluye ademas todos los tracks grabados por lb en diferentes compilatorios del 2001 al 2003, y un nuevo remix a cargo de kyleran. Febrero del 2004, Insumision abre el concierto de la banda argentina EL OTRO YO tocando ante cerca de 1000 personas la alineacion del concierto fue LB en voz, chino nama en la otra voz, marion eddington en guitarras, mauro quemado en la otra guitarra y jorge ruiz (niño bolsita) en la bateria quien es el otro co-integrante oficial de insumision actualmente, en el concierto se incluyo la performance de corte sadomasoquista a cargo de la actriz rebeca raez y el drag queen frau diamanda Marzo del 2004, Insumision es programado en varias ocasiones en el programa de john peel en bbc radio de inglaterra Mayo del 2004, El video clip de "juntado y documentado/intolerancia (ruidoso remix by el despertar de venus)" realizado por el videasta ivan lozano gana la 1ra. bienal peruana de cine en la categoria mejor video clip En estos momentos LB se encuentra produciendo su primera pelicula "perillas" la cualcomenzara a rodarse en junio de este año,luego de finalizada la pelicula insumision grabara su nuevodisco titulado "odio el post rock" que posiblemte incluya una version dela banda española "aerolineas federales" La banda decide desintegrase. INSUMISION is talking about Leonardo Bacteria, the great adventure starts 1994, when the musical project is first influenced at that time by compilation records like TECHNO TRAX, MAQUINA TOTAL and WELCOME TO THE TECHNODROME, the first album of INSUMISION (1995) is strongly inspired by this rhythms. Today LB can´t contain his laughs about this bullshit, Eurobeat, Technotrax, House and other commercial rhythms of the really "easy ones" are brought along this record. After this shit in 1997 the band gets (they´re already a duet) labeled with Harijan Records from Chile and that gives birth to MAQUINACIONES, split tape with Lluvia Acida, band from Chile. This tape has nothing to do with the first one, Gabber, Trance, Industrial, all are mixed in this record. Peruvian press gave a major opinion to this, but the tape wasn´t available in stores (records came out in Chile in late August 97 but it was released in Perú in March 98) this just because Harijan didn´t send a master copy. The distro in Chile was really poor and didn´t contribute to the band diffusion. In 1999 INSUMISION kicks out in Trujillo playing two great gigs, LB falls in love of the city, of a girl y and of the cachinas (peruvian liquor) he decides to stay there, and just there with Carlos Asalto and Jorge Petete he records his best album to these days EL ADEFESIO. Recorded totally live in just 4 tracks EL ADEFESIO is a really noisy prod, where the samplers sound like guitars and viceversa.You can find the vocal lines totally absorbed by chaos and the walls of noise make you deaf because of the rhythm bases that were programmed 200 bpm to 1500 bpms. Always changing and not staying quiet even one song, gabber, hardcore-techno, are all mixed up in this record.. Back in Lima, INSUMISION appears in Fuck Parade, gabber disc produced in Germany with bands from all over the world. Then they would hang out in Paraíso Holocausto Red Wire, electro-industrial compilation from bands in Spanish, thanx to this records they would appear several times in the radio program Taladro Plus from México. In September 2000 LA FRUSTRACIÓN LO CUBRE TODO is released, containing 4 new tunes and becoming the first disc of remixes in Perú.. Noize Creator, El Despertar de Venus, Soul Psychadelicide y K.I.L.L. come here and bring new atmospheras to the old songs.. LB doesn´t has an idea of how even turning on a PC. He´s a complete geek in computers stuff, in his house he doesn´t even have a toy-kind Casio keyboard, despite that, every single song of INSUMISION comes out of the self-abstraction and are processed in the studio. The main influences of INSUMISION are:COIL,EINSTURZENDE NEUBAUTEN,THROBBING GRISTLE,AVIADOR DRO,DEVO,THE SHAMEN,ULTRAVIOLENCE,TECHNOHEAD,DJ DANO,THE PROPHET,SORE THROAT,EXTREME NOISE TERROR,FOETUS,ALTERN 8,DEEE LITE,KRAFTWERK,HELLNATION,etc. Lyrics are based on LB´s ideas, they´re not social or protest hypes if you´re thinking that, they´re just his own personal enviroment., but they do talk about animal liberation, rage against human race, masturbation, abort legalization, self-frustration, antiarmy, you can know it´s just personal stuff. On Jan 2000 the band`s included in a tribute CD to AVIADOR DRO, LB´s favorite hispan banda. INSUMISION has just finished their version of Massacre 68 (Mexico) for a further tribute CD. Insumision appears on the Chilean Magazine "Faxxion", which is a gothic.industrial publication that comes with a cd compilation that includes the band. April 2001 On May 2001, Luis Carlos Burneo and Mauro Kemado enter the band, and they manage to play oen of the most celebrated gigs of Insumision, Festival Park-o-bahn in Miraflores Central Park (thanks José Javier Castro), this was the firts chance of the banda to perform in front of almost 500 people. September 2001, Soulpsychadelicide releases a new album called "Purify all Contamination" including a cool remix of Insumision "Intolerancia". A couple of months later appears Paraiso Holocausto Blue Wire on Genital Records (México), including one song from the band. Luis Carlos Burneo leaves the band fot ideological differences. On may of 2002 appears "Tributo a la niñez" release by YA ESTAS YA RECORDS (label from lb) This is the first tribute cd edited on Perú and is about a tribute to the child music.Insumision goes with a digital hardcore version of "La banda de Hola Yola" cover from YOLA POLASTRI, childish singer from which lb feel a deep apretiation. In june 2002 TRIBUTO A LA NIÑEZ had a big media difussion an a positive public response. Plus appears in Germany the vinyl version from LA FRUSTRACION LO CUBRE TODO via Brutal chud Records and, Klangkrieg records (also from Germany) included the only remix made by lb till the the moment in AMERICAN BREAKBEAT REBUILT. The next plans are tv appearences and the concert with Aviador Dro of Spain in August. Dic 2002, A tour to Mexico was cancelled because of visa matters. We hope it could be resolve in the next months. Ya estas ya releases "CONTRATAQUE Tributo al Rock subterraneo" album which includes a cover from the peruvian 80's punk band KAOS and is a direct offense to the peruvian expresident Alan Garcia. in february 2003, lb produce a new compilation with ya estas ya ¿REALMENTE AMAS A SANDRA BULLOCK? including a new remix of "LA FRUSTACION LO CUBRE TODO". also that month INSUMISION is include in the tribute cd to MASSACRE 68 of MEXICO, in the mexican label "GRABACIONES CON GALERAS" with his version of POLICIAS CORRUPTOS. Are included in 2 compilations of FIEND RECORDINGS (UK) October 2003, the new disc of INSUMISION is ready: "PERU PUEBLO IMBECIL", recorded using acid 4.0 and soundforge (Yes, lb learn to use the pc!!!!!).this disc is an mix of breakcore, gabber, and digital hardcore with free jazz, industrial, grindcore,and noise. This disc too included all the tracks recorded by lb from 2001 to 2003 in diverse compilations february 2004, insumision oepn for argentinian band ELOTROYO playing to an audience of 1000 people the lineup of the show was lb in vocals, chino namah also in vocals, marion eddington and mauro quemadoin guitars, and jorge ruiz(niño bolsita) in drums, whos right now the other official member of insumision.the show includes a s-m perfomance with the presence of the actress rebeca raez and a dragqueen frau diamanda march 2004 insumision is played several times in the radio show of john peel in the london bbc may 2004 the video clip of "juntado y documentado intolerancia (ruidoso remix by eldespertar de venus)"done for ivan lozano wins the first peruvian movie festival knowed by the "bienal" in best video clip category by this time lb is producing his first film "perillas" this movie starts to filming in june. after the movie insumision will record its new production intitled "odio el postrock"(i hate postrock)maybe includes a cover from a spanish band "aerolineas federales" LEONARDO BACTERIA and NIÑO BOLSITA have a new project called "PESTAÑA" |
